1. When you have opened the XTM app on your device, touch the menu icon in top left corner of the screen.



2. Select the Customers or Users item, depending on who you need to contact.



3. Touch the blue message-like icon next to the user or customer that you need to get in contact with. A menu will display with the available options of contact.



4. If there is no message-like icon or the menu that extends does not have option of contact you would like to use, it means that some or all contact details are missing. You have to fill in the missing contact details using the desktop version of XTM. When the missing contact details are updated, the changes are immediately reflected in the XTM mobile app.
