XTM users working in the Google Chrome browser may experience issues with:

  • opening XTM Editor for subcontracted projects
  • switching between accounts in TM and Terminology managers
  • opening XTM pages inside external systems.


This is caused by a recent update to Chrome's cookies policy (known as "SameSite").
In order to work around this issue please switch to Chrome's previous behavior by following steps below:


  1. Go to chrome://flags/#same-site-by-default-cookies -> SameSite by default cookies.
  2. Choose "Disabled".
  3. Relaunch the browser.
